What kind of magic do you perform?

Blake performs a variety of different magic styles, including close-up magic, cocktail, walk-around, and even stage magic!

 

What kinds of events do you do?

All kinds of events, including birthday parties, corporate work functions, dry grad, holiday parties, children's parties, weddings, and many more.

What venues are you willing to perform magic at?

I am happy to perform at any venue. This includes offices, banquet halls, restaurants, homes, community centres, outdoor events, etc. Whether it is a corporate event, wedding, graduation party, sport party, birthday, stag, etc. No crowd is too rowdy.

 

Do you have varying magic acts?

Having an extensive collection of magic tricks, consisting of hundreds of mind-blowing tricks, I customize my routine to suit the audience, ensuring an amazing show for not only new clients, but also my regular clients. In pursuit of improving, I am constantly developing new magic acts, and incorporating them into my performances.

Does your age affect your performing style?

Absolutely not. As the saying goes, “Age is just a number”. My knowledge of magic exceeds that of many, regardless of my age. I am of the mindset it is imperative to continue learning. Also, being an old soul is what makes me an adult magician, and not just an ordinary magician.

 

Are you available on short notice for events?

Yes, so long as I am not booked for another event, I am available with as little as same day notice.

 

What is the longest you can perform at an event for?

Generally, I do not perform for more than 7 hours at an event; however, in special circumstances I am receptive to offering longer service.

 

What is the shortest amount of time you are willing to perform for?

There is no minimum.

 

Are you able to perform a blend of stage and closeup magic at an event?

Yes, depending on what the customer desires, I can cater my performance accordingly.

 

Do you offer free charity event magic?

Depending on the charity and my schedule, there are instances I will perform for free or at a reduced rate.

What to expect prior to the start of my performance?

I will arrive a minimum of 15 – 30 minutes prior to the event, as there is a pre-show setup that normally takes about 15 minutes.

What are the hours that you are available to perform magic?

I am available to offer my magic services between 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

 

Can you customize your magic acts based on the specific event?

Yes, for specific customers I can offer the option of a highly customized performance; however, that entails meeting with the client to go over a proposed routine.

What is the typical attire worn at events?

Typically I wear a suit; however, based on the event and if a request is made, I am able to dress for white tie and black tie events.

 

Are you willing to perform in environments with alcohol?

Yes, absolutely. I am used to performing in various environments including ones with alcohol.
